MFABER

Bespoke furniture and made-to-measure cabinetry

MFABER assesses furniture, cabinetry and fitted joinery around your space and its intended use. For residential, workplace, hospitality and commercial projects, design decisions are considered together with manufacture, delivery and installation.

Furniture shaped around the brief

Share dimensions, quantities, use and design expectations for wardrobes, storage, bathroom furniture, fitted elements and other project-specific pieces. Repeated room types and dimensional variants should have separate references. The proposal distinguishes fitted and freestanding items and identifies the pieces included.

Drawings, finishes and approval

Design intent is developed through the construction, opening, fitting and hardware details needed for production. Material and finish samples are considered alongside colour, texture and maintenance expectations. Approved drawings and samples are recorded; later changes are reviewed for their effect on price and programme.

For painted furniture, agree whether finishing is completed before delivery, on site, or in both stages. Record who provides final touch-ups and protects the installed furniture while other trades finish their work. A sample establishes the agreed appearance; the order should also identify the material and finish system.

Delivery that works on site

Packaging, access routes, lifts or stairs, working space and site readiness are part of the delivery discussion. Installation and fixing responsibilities belong in the work scope. Receipt and acceptance check quantities, visible condition, operation and conformity with the agreed drawings, with any outstanding items recorded.

Compare like-for-like proposals

Compare dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, quantities, logistics, fitting and warranty terms rather than a furniture name or a single total. MFABER assesses suitable regional resources for the brief; actual products, capacity and delivery conditions are confirmed in the written proposal.

Global expertise, supply shaped around your project

We assess the nearest suitable region alongside technical capability, product specification, quality, capacity and your programme. The supply or manufacturing location, site support and logistics responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal. Distance is one consideration within a coordinated project decision.

We stand behind our work

We stand behind the building materials and furniture we supply and the installation work we carry out. Warranty coverage, duration, start date and conditions are specified for each product and work package in the quotation and contract.

Product and installation warranties are defined separately. For support, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the order or project reference, affected item, delivery date and a description of the issue. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Work through the details before you order

Can you work from my architect’s drawings?

Share the drawings, dimensions, material preferences and intended use. Technical feasibility, production information, dimensional approval and delivery scope are established during assessment.

Can I enquire about one item or a repeated furniture package?

Both types of enquiry can be assessed. Minimum quantities, production suitability, price and logistics depend on the item, material, quantity and location. There is no universal published minimum order or stock commitment.

How should I care for the finish on made-to-measure furniture?

Keep the agreed finish reference and follow the care information for the actual material and coating. Cleaning products, moisture exposure and later refinishing need to suit that system. If damage or an unexpected change appears, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the order reference, photographs and the finish details before arranging remedial work. Product and workmanship concerns are assessed against the written terms.

Does an oak finish mean that my bespoke furniture is solid oak?

Not necessarily. A wood name may describe solid timber, a real wood veneer or a decorative surface. Ask for the construction of the carcass, doors, shelves and exposed edges to be specified separately. MDF or chipboard describes the core material; it does not identify the finished surface. For your MFABER enquiry, share the room, dimensions, intended use and preferred appearance. The proposal should identify the selected materials, thicknesses, finishes, edging and ironmongery, with samples agreed before manufacture. For mixed constructions, the specification should make clear which parts are solid timber and which use a veneered or decorative board. This gives you a reliable basis for comparing quotations and agreeing care requirements.

How do you check that bespoke cupboard doors and drawers can open properly?

The design review should show the furniture both closed and in use. Check door swings, drawer extension, handles and adjoining walls, skirting, furniture or appliances. Internal drawers may need the outer door to open far enough, and sliding or folding arrangements need space for their actual mechanism. Share the room plan, intended contents and any obstructions with MFABER. We assess the selected construction and ironmongery against the available space and record agreed details before manufacture. A perspective image alone does not confirm clearances; product information, final dimensions and the approved drawings need to agree.
