Bespoke bathroom furniture and vanity units
A vanity unit needs to fit the room, the basin and the way you use the space. MFABER coordinates made-to-measure bathroom furniture, material supply and agreed fitting, drawing on global resources and the nearest suitable region.
Specify the cabinet, basin and worktop separately
The vanity unit is the storage cabinet; the basin and worktop may be separate items. List each component, its dimensions, finish and quantity. A product photograph does not confirm that the basin, tap, waste, mirror or fittings are included.
Measure for storage and service access
Share the available width, depth and height, door swings, pipe positions and any existing components to retain. Allow for drawers, traps and access for maintenance. Drawings and final site measurements must be checked together before fabrication.
Agree materials and the finished appearance
Identify the cabinet core, doors, exposed edges, finish and hardware. Discuss splashes, ventilation and cleaning requirements. Confirm samples, colour and permitted variations; a wood-effect finish does not by itself mean solid timber.
Plan delivery and fitting as one sequence
Specify whether units arrive assembled or need assembly. The quotation identifies unloading, carrying into the room, fixing, plumbing connections and any removal or making good. Confirm access, site readiness and responsibilities before dispatch.
Global expertise, supply shaped around your project
We assess the nearest suitable region alongside technical capability, product specification, quality, capacity and your programme. The supply or manufacturing location, site support and logistics responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal. Distance is one consideration within a coordinated project decision.
We stand behind our work
We stand behind the building materials and furniture we supply and the installation work we carry out. Warranty coverage, duration, start date and conditions are specified for each product and work package in the quotation and contract.
Product and installation warranties are defined separately. For support, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the order or project reference, affected item, delivery date and a description of the issue. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Work through the details before you order
Can I request one vanity unit or replace only the cabinet?
Yes. Send dimensions and details of the basin or worktop you want to retain. We assess compatibility and feasibility before confirming the scope; there is no arbitrary minimum order for making an enquiry.
Does moisture-resistant mean waterproof?
No. Suitability depends on the selected construction, edges, finish, exposure and installation. Furniture does not replace room waterproofing or repair a leak. Product-specific care and installation requirements still apply.
Can a wall-hung vanity be fitted to any wall?
The wall construction, total installed load and fixing arrangement need assessment. Photographs alone cannot establish support capacity. The required checks, reinforcement and installation responsibilities must be agreed before fitting.
What determines the price and lead time?
Dimensions, materials, hardware, basin/worktop scope, quantities, delivery and fitting affect the proposal. Availability, production capacity and approved drawings determine the programme; we confirm these for your request rather than quoting a universal price or deadline.
How do I keep useful drawer space around the basin and pipework?
Start with the items you want to store, then check the usable space inside each drawer rather than the overall cabinet size. Share the basin model, waste and trap arrangement, pipe positions and any existing fittings you want to retain. A deep basin or central trap may reduce drawer capacity. Agree the internal layout, opening clearances and access for maintenance on the drawings before production; moving pipework is a separate item to confirm in the installation scope.
What should I include if the vanity needs to be easier to use?
Describe how the room will be used, including any seated use, preferred storage height, grip requirements and space needed to approach the basin. Include door swings and the surrounding layout, not just the furniture dimensions. These details help us discuss suitable cabinetry options and identify where a designer or access specialist should review the proposal. A bespoke size or a wall-hung unit alone does not establish accessibility or compliance; the agreed design must be assessed for the intended user and project.
What happens if the room dimensions or chosen basin change?
Tell MFABER before approving the drawings or making a change on site. Send the revised measurements or product reference and identify which drawing or quotation it affects. We will review the implications for the furniture, worktop, fittings, price and programme before confirming a revision. Record the accepted drawing version and who is responsible for final measurements. Changes after production has started may require additional work or replacement parts; the effect should be agreed in writing before proceeding.
What should I check at delivery and when fitting is complete?
At delivery, compare the items and quantities with the order and record any visible damage or missing components with photographs. After fitting, check the agreed layout, finish, door and drawer operation, handles, clearances and access to serviceable parts. Ask the responsible installer to confirm the checks required for fixings and any plumbing work within their scope. Keep a written list of outstanding items, the order reference and the care instructions. Send questions or warranty requests to info@mpandoglobal.com; coverage and the resolution process depend on the agreed product and installation terms.
