Define the products and the complete package
List basins, WC pans, cisterns and bathroom fittings separately, with quantities, finish, preferred references and room types. A photograph does not establish what is included. The quotation should identify seats, fixings, wastes, traps and other agreed components.
Check the room and the connections
Share the plan, available space, finished floor and wall positions, water supplies and waste outlets. For basins, identify the mounting method, tap arrangement and overflow. Confirm dimensions and connections with the responsible installer before ordering; do not assume similar-looking products are interchangeable.
Coordinate concealed components and access
A concealed cistern, its operating plate and the chosen WC need a compatible specification. Keep servicing access in the design. Wall-hung installations also require the support and fixing arrangement to be assessed; the supply scope and any wall works are agreed separately.
Approve, deliver and hand over
Record the accepted product schedule and drawing version before procurement. Confirm delivery access, unloading, installation responsibilities and staged quantities. At handover, retain product references, care information, agreed checks and outstanding items so future support starts from the correct specification.
Global expertise, supply shaped around your project
We assess the nearest suitable region alongside technical capability, product specification, quality, capacity and your programme. The supply or manufacturing location, site support and logistics responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal. Distance is one consideration within a coordinated project decision.
We stand behind our work
We stand behind the building materials and furniture we supply and the installation work we carry out. Warranty coverage, duration, start date and conditions are specified for each product and work package in the quotation and contract.
Product and installation warranties are defined separately. For support, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the order or project reference, affected item, delivery date and a description of the issue. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Work through the details before you order
Can I enquire about one basin or WC?
Yes. Send the product type, quantity, project location and any existing item you want to retain. MFABER reviews supply options and compatibility for the request; availability, price and delivery are confirmed in the proposal.
Are taps, seats and installation included?
Only the items and work listed in the quotation are included. Ask for the ceramic products, fittings, delivery, removal, plumbing connections and making good to be itemised so supply-only and supply-and-fit offers can be compared.
Can I choose a flush plate by its appearance?
Identify the concealed cistern system first, then confirm compatible operating plates. Share the model reference or clear identification photographs; the selected parts must be checked before purchase.
What should I request before approving the order?
Ask for the proposed product references, dimensional information, included components and relevant installation and care documents. State any project-specific performance requirements. MFABER confirms the agreed supply and work package in writing; warranty and support requests go to info@mpandoglobal.com.
Can a wall-hung WC be fitted to any bathroom wall?
Suitability depends on the selected support system, the wall and floor construction, and the manufacturer's installation requirements. Do not select the ceramic pan on appearance alone. Ask the responsible installer to check the carrier or frame, compatible cistern and pan, fixing arrangement, finished wall thickness and service access. Send MFABER the project location, layout, photographs and any product references so the quotation can separate the ceramic products, support components and requested installation or wall works. Site suitability must be confirmed before ordering.
How do I check whether a replacement WC fits my existing plumbing?
Share the existing model reference, photographs, a dimensioned sketch and the positions of the water supply and waste outlet. Identify whether the outlet connects through the wall or floor, and measure from the finished surfaces; naming a horizontal or vertical outlet alone is not enough. The responsible installer should compare the selected product's drawing, connection positions, clearance and any proposed connector before the order is approved. MFABER can then quote the agreed products and work; there is no single connection dimension that fits every model.
