Plan built-in storage, wardrobes, shelving, media units, bathroom vanities and furniture for awkward spaces. Tell us what each piece needs to hold, how doors and drawers should open, and how it will fit around windows, ceilings and existing features. Freestanding furniture and fitted pieces can be reviewed together. Materials, dimensions, hardware and finishes are specified for the agreed items.
Coordinate kitchen cabinets with a pantry, utility room, dining area or other interior furniture. Review cabinet construction, fronts, worktops or countertops, hardware and surface finishes as a complete package. Matching appearance does not mean identical material performance: moisture, cleaning, heat and everyday use influence the specification. Samples and final selections are agreed before production.
Start with photographs, a layout and approximate dimensions, stating whether measurements are in inches or millimetres. An initial estimate helps define the brief; it is not approval to manufacture. We agree responsibility for the final site measurements, drawings, appliance information and material samples. Your architect, designer or contractor can remain involved, with drawing revisions and changes recorded before work proceeds.
Choose material or furniture supply, installation, or a coordinated package with agreed plastering, painting, tiling and other finishing work. The proposal identifies delivery access, unloading, protection, preparation, connections and disposal responsibilities. Concealed conditions, structural work and specialist services require separate review. Plans, photos, approximate dimensions, location, intended use, target period and expected scope are sufficient. Do not send identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal data.
Inclusions, exclusions, material and hardware level, quantities, delivery, installation, tax, payment stages, validity and assumptions are shown separately.
When execution is included in the scope, MFABER coordinates the site plan, relevant specialist teams, delivery sequence and checkpoints. Any client-managed work and its interfaces are identified at the outset.
Terms are defined in writing for the product, work package, country and contract. Manufacturer evidence, product warranties and installation responsibility are kept distinct.
