Whether you need new kitchen cabinets, a fitted kitchen renovation or cabinetry for a development, MFABER brings material choices, made-to-measure production and installation into a defined scope. Cabinet bodies, fronts, hardware, storage layouts and worktop interfaces are reviewed together. Related fitted furniture and joinery can be included in the project brief.
Send the project location, approximate dimensions or quantities, existing conditions and target date. Specify whether you need materials, labour only, or supply and installation together. The proposal separates product specifications, delivery, preparation, installation, handover and warranty terms.
A room plan, approximate dimensions, doors and windows, service points, appliance information, use patterns and the target period form the first assessment. The visual direction follows these facts, because incomplete survey or service information can undermine even the best material choice.
Carcasses, fronts, worktops, handles, hinges, drawers and internal fittings should be evaluated together against moisture, heat, cleaning, intensity of use and budget. Product names, certification and performance are stated only when supported by the relevant manufacturer evidence.
Transport, access, protection, service preparation, appliance interfaces, sealants, finishing work and waste removal should be itemised in the proposal. This exposes the grey areas between manufacture and site work before execution begins.

Tell us which parts of the kitchen you want to change. Replacement doors and drawer fronts, new cabinet units and a complete kitchen installation require different information. If you want to keep existing cabinets, include photographs and details of their condition, dimensions, hinges and fixing points. Suitability for reuse must be checked; a new front is not automatically compatible with an existing cabinet.
Your proposal should identify the cabinet boxes, fronts, drawer systems, end panels, trim, hardware and worktop or countertop included. State whether you need finished units, components for your own installer or coordinated fitting. Assembly, installation, appliance connections and alterations to the room are separate tasks. MFABER reviews the requested arrangement and records the agreed responsibilities, including work carried out by your own contractor.
A preliminary estimate can use approximate dimensions. Production requires the agreed final measurements, unit of measurement, drawing revision, appliance references and finish selections. Where samples are needed, identify which sample and finish are approved. Changes to a wall finish, floor level, appliance or cabinet layout can affect fit and timing. Confirm the revised details before manufacture; a requested delivery date is not a confirmed production or installation slot.

Plans, photographs and approximate dimensions can support an initial scope review. Production dimensions, survey method and measurement responsibility are then defined separately for the project location.

Material and hardware level, quantities, inclusions, exclusions, transport, installation, tax, payment stages, validity, assumptions and acceptance criteria should be shown separately.
Dimensions, cabinet count, body and front materials, hardware, worktops, removal of existing units and site access affect the proposal. Compare itemised scopes rather than assuming that equal overall prices include the same work.
Supply only and installation can be assessed separately or together. Start with your layout, approximate measurements and storage needs. Final manufacturing dimensions and responsibility for site installation are agreed before ordering.
If you want to keep the existing cabinet carcasses and replace the doors or drawer fronts, include that in your enquiry. Send photographs, a labelled list of the affected fronts, their dimensions and the existing hinges and fixing details. Front dimensions and cabinet-opening dimensions are different. We review the condition of the retained units, opening clearances, finish and hardware compatibility before confirming the scope. Replacement fronts, any hinge preparation and fitting should be listed separately; matching an existing finish cannot be assumed.
Agree the handover record before installation starts. It should identify the units and finishes supplied, the relevant appliance and ironmongery references, the checks included in the fitting scope and any outstanding items with the next steps recorded. Keep the approved drawings, finish references and care information for later questions or additions. Product warranties and installation cover may have different terms; the written documents should identify the applicable cover and how to request help. A later replacement may need a fresh finish or compatibility review rather than an assumed exact match.
How a matt finish performs depends on the door material and its surface treatment. Tell MFABER how you use your kitchen and what you expect in terms of fingerprints, cleaning and everyday wear. Scratch-resistant does not mean scratch-proof. If fingerprint resistance matters to you, we check the specification of the finish actually proposed.
Before ordering, agree the material, colour, sheen, edge detail and a suitable sample. The sample should represent the proposed material and finish; a colour code alone is not enough. Relevant care instructions are included at handover. If damage occurs later, the product reference and photographs help us assess possible repair or replacement options.
