MFABER / MPANDO GLOBAL Inc.
Plastering, drywall, plasterboard and painting services
For plaster finishes, drywall partitions, plasterboard ceilings or interior painting, MFABER reviews the surface and required finish before defining labour and materials. Equal floor areas may require different preparation, repairs, details and working heights. A price per square metre alone therefore does not establish a comparable scope.

Scope of work
- Plaster finishes and surface preparation
- Drywall partitions, linings and ceiling work
- Primer, paint coats, protection and final checks
Prepare your enquiry
Send the project location, approximate dimensions or quantities, existing conditions and target date. Specify whether you need materials, labour only, or supply and installation together. The proposal separates product specifications, delivery, preparation, installation, handover and warranty terms.
Questions before you decide
Can drywall, plastering and painting be combined?
They can be scoped together or separately. Specify the partition or ceiling build-up, finish, primer and paint coats. Where fire, moisture or acoustic performance is required, the relevant design specification and product documents must be assessed.
Can MFABER provide labour if I supply the materials?
A labour-only package can be assessed. Share the product specifications, quantities and delivery arrangements. Preparation, accessories, protection, suitability and responsibility for the finished work are agreed before the quotation is accepted.
What to send for a useful proposal
Share the project location, drawings or approximate dimensions, material schedule, quantities, installation requirements and target timeframe. Information that is still uncertain can be clarified during the initial assessment.
- Material schedules, quantities, and product specifications
- Drawings, dimensions, and installation requirements
- Delivery location, jobsite access, and project schedule
- Material selections, samples, and custom fabrication requirements
Practical answers before you decide
Can MFABER supply materials without installation?
Yes. Request supply only, supply and installation, or a defined subcontract package. Identify specification, quantity, delivery point, unloading needs and timing. Product availability and suitability are confirmed against the project requirements.
How should I compare two quotations?
Compare specification, quantities, brand or approved equivalent, surface preparation, labor, delivery, installation and handoff on the same basis. Review exclusions and warranty terms as well as price. A square-metre figure without an agreed specification can hide important differences.
How are samples, delivery and site readiness handled?
Agree sample approval before procurement, then confirm the delivery location, access, unloading and storage arrangements. The work sequence should account for dimensions and substrate readiness. Product documentation is identified for the chosen materials; a certification is stated only when it applies to that product.
What happens at completion?
The agreed checks and any outstanding items are recorded with the handoff information. Keep product references, care guidance and warranty documents. For a later concern, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the project reference so that the product or workmanship issue can be assessed.
How long does the warranty last?
The duration depends on the product, installation or service. Ask for the applicable written terms with your proposal; the covered scope, start date, conditions and claim route should be clear before you order. A single duration is not applied to every product or project.
Should I request supply only, supply and installation, or a subcontract package?
Choose supply only when your team controls installation. For supply and installation, identify preparation, fixing, finishing and handoff responsibilities. A subcontract package also needs drawings, quantities, interfaces with other trades and acceptance criteria. MFABER can assess these options against the same specification so the comparison is meaningful.
Can materials be replaced with an equivalent product?
An alternative should be reviewed against the required dimensions, appearance, performance and supporting product documents. Confirm compatibility with the whole assembly and the effect on price, schedule and warranty. Record approval before purchase or production; a similar color or product name alone does not establish equivalence.
How should work in an occupied home, office or shop be planned?
Describe operating hours, access, noise and dust restrictions, storage space and areas that must remain usable. Agree sequencing, protection, deliveries, waste removal and the interfaces with other trades. Confirm any building-management requirements in the brief. Working hours and completion dates are established for the actual site conditions.
What information helps with a warranty or workmanship inquiry?
Contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the quotation or project reference, product identification, relevant delivery or installation date, photographs and a description of the issue. Warranty and aftercare
We stand behind every product we supply and every service we deliver. All supplied products and services are backed by warranty commitments for the agreed scope. Coverage, duration, conditions and the remedy process vary by product and work and are set out in the quotation, contract or applicable warranty document.
Product coverage, installation workmanship and digital-service commitments are described separately where appropriate. Software and digital-twin work is assessed against the agreed functions, deliverables and acceptance criteria. An ongoing support plan, availability commitment or later content change is specified separately. Applicable statutory rights are not reduced.
For warranty or aftercare assistance, email info@mpandoglobal.com with the project or order reference, product or service, delivery date and a description of the issue. Add relevant photographs or screenshots without passwords or unrelated personal data. We review the information, clarify any inspection needed and coordinate the appropriate next step under the applicable terms.
