Ceramic and porcelain tiles
Specify floor and wall finishes by use, dimensions, surface, quantities and performance requirements. Sample approval, batch consistency and delivery requirements are agreed with the quotation.
Materials supplyMFABER, part of MPANDO GLOBAL Inc., brings together building materials, custom furniture, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, professional installation and defined subcontract work packages. We support projects globally through suitable supply, manufacturing and installation resources in the nearest appropriate region. Tell us what you need and where it is needed; your specification, quantities, schedule and site conditions guide the proposal.

Start with quantities, specifications, destination and target schedule. Product alternatives, samples, packaging, shipping and delivery responsibilities are agreed for the order. Freight, import formalities, taxes and unloading are clarified in written commercial terms; no universal lead time is assumed.

Materials supplyDefine dimensions, connections, installation method and project standards for toilets, basins and bathroom fittings. Suitability is assessed through technical documentation and product approval.
Materials supplyPlan standard or project-specific units around dimensions, countertops, basin compatibility, finishes and hardware. An approved schedule helps maintain consistency across repeated apartment types.
Materials supplyDefine layouts, dimensions, fronts, cabinet boxes, countertops and hardware for homes, apartment developments, hotels and commercial projects. Supply and fitting responsibilities are clearly distinguished.
Materials supplyMade-to-measure cabinetry, fitted furniture and project-specific furniture are considered against drawings, intended use, materials, finishes and hardware. Production drawings, samples, fitting and delivery scope are agreed before the order.
Materials supplySend your schedule for drywall, plaster, paint, insulation, construction chemicals and other requirements. Brands, models, stock, certification and lead times are confirmed within a specific offer.
Materials supplyRequest materials, custom furniture, kitchen cabinetry, installation or a coordinated subcontract package. We assess the actual work and location without requiring a project-size category. Drywall, plastering, painting, tiling, cabinetry fitting and other agreed work are defined separately, with preparation, access, responsibilities and acceptance arrangements stated in the proposal.
We assess the nearest suitable region alongside technical capability, product requirements, available capacity, aftercare and your schedule. Supply, manufacturing and installation may use different resources; a nearby sales contact does not by itself confirm local production, stock or a site team. The proposal confirms the route, responsible contact, delivery point and whether travel, accommodation, unloading or other site-related costs are included.

Materials supplyMaterials supply: We review requirements for tiles, plaster and drywall, paint, insulation, construction chemicals, interior components and bespoke furniture against the specification, quantities, application and delivery schedule. Product suitability and supply terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Subcontract work packagesInstallation and subcontracting: Drywall partitions and ceilings, plastering, painting, tiling, interior fit-out and installation can be scoped to your project. Site readiness, measurements, work sequencing, team coordination and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins.
Custom kitchens and cabinetryFlexible scope: Request supply only, installation only or a coordinated supply-and-install package. Kitchen cabinetry and bespoke furniture require agreed dimensions, layouts, finishes, hardware and fitting details. Product and workmanship warranty scope, duration and claim procedures are set out in the quotation or contract.
Building materials, drywall systems, insulation and construction chemicals.
Plastering, partitions, ceilings and specified facade work.
Residential, office, retail, café and restaurant interiors.
Custom kitchens, built-in furniture and project-based installation.
Defined work packages for general contractors.
From the character of a material to the precision of its installation, every choice contributes to the whole. Custom kitchens, fitted furniture and interior works are planned around your space, its dimensions and how it will be used.

We review your brief and dimensions, coordinate material and sample decisions, then plan quantities, sourcing and the sequence of works. The proposal sets out inclusions, exclusions, measurement responsibility, logistics and handoff checks.
Share the project location, drawings or approximate dimensions, material schedule, quantities, installation requirements and target timeframe. Information that is still uncertain can be clarified during the initial assessment.
We consider independent partners and organizations that can introduce MFABER or MTWIN to developers, contractors, architectural practices and professional buyers. Partners identify opportunities and requirements; our team handles technical assessment, proposals, production or supply, and delivery.

Yes. Request supply only, supply and installation, or a defined subcontract package. Identify specification, quantity, delivery point, unloading needs and timing. Product availability and suitability are confirmed against the project requirements.
The agreed scope may include partitions, ceilings, finishes, insulation, selected facade work, custom kitchens or built-in furniture. Residential, office, retail, café and restaurant projects are considered individually. The quotation states which trades, materials, preparation and installation activities are included.
Dimensions, cabinet construction, fronts, hardware, worktops, internal accessories and installation conditions drive the scope. Clarify whether appliances, plumbing, electrical work, removal and disposal are included. Final measurement and approved selections are needed before production is confirmed.
Compare the same drawings, quantities and specification. Separate products, fabrication, preparation, labor, shipping, unloading, installation and completion checks. Identify the units used, such as square feet, square meters, pieces, boxes or cabinet quantities. Check which selections are fixed and which are allowances. Review exclusions, taxes, payment conditions, quote validity, approval deadlines, warranty and the basis of any delivery date. A similar total or price per square foot does not establish the same scope.
Agree the product and sample references before procurement, then confirm the delivery address, receiver, access, unloading, storage and work sequence. Delivery to the property, carrying items inside and installation are separate responsibilities. Product data, care instructions and any required certification must apply to the actual model, configuration and specification. A supplier logo, showroom display or company membership is not a substitute for that evidence. Unresolved preparation, dimensions or product decisions should be identified before the order is released.
For island or remote deliveries, identify any transfer terminal and the final jobsite separately. The proposal should state which transport legs, packing, transfer handling, temporary storage and final delivery are included, and who receives the goods at each handoff. An order being ready for dispatch is different from arrival at your site. Transport availability and the agreed route are checked before a delivery commitment is made.
The agreed checks and any outstanding items are recorded with the handoff information. Keep product references, care guidance and warranty documents. For a later concern, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the project reference so that the product or workmanship issue can be assessed.
The duration depends on the product, installation or service. Ask for the applicable written terms with your proposal; the covered scope, start date, conditions and claim route should be clear before you order. A single duration is not applied to every product or project.
The written scope should also explain how removal, transport, replacement parts and reinstallation are handled if a covered issue arises. A product-warranty headline alone does not establish the responsibility for every related service.
Choose supply only when your team controls installation. For supply and installation, identify preparation, fixing, finishing and handoff responsibilities. A subcontract package also needs drawings, quantities, interfaces with other trades and acceptance criteria. MFABER can assess these options against the same specification so the comparison is meaningful.
An alternative should be reviewed against the required dimensions, appearance, performance and supporting product documents. Confirm compatibility with the whole assembly and the effect on price, schedule and warranty. Record approval before purchase or production; a similar color or product name alone does not establish equivalence.
Describe operating hours, access, noise and dust restrictions, storage space and areas that must remain usable. Agree sequencing, protection, deliveries, waste removal and the interfaces with other trades. Confirm any building-management requirements in the brief. Working hours and completion dates are established for the actual site conditions.
MFABER stands behind the materials, furniture, cabinetry and agreed work it supplies. Contact info@mpandoglobal.com with your quotation, order or project reference, the affected item, delivery or completion date, a description and useful photographs. Keep product references, approved drawings, care documents and the written warranty terms. Product, component and workmanship responsibilities can differ, and replacement-part availability is checked for the item. Before cleaning or attempting a repair, check that the instructions match the actual material and finish; ask us if they appear to describe another product.
Share the project location, intended use, plans or photos, approximate dimensions, quantities, expected scope and target timing. Mark assumptions and undecided items. Please do not include identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal data; agree a suitable method before sharing confidential project files. The proposal separates products, hardware, services, responsibilities, approvals, delivery, taxes, payment stages, validity and warranty terms. All commercial product sales and services are formally invoiced.
We stand behind the building materials and furniture we supply and the installation work we carry out. Warranty coverage, duration, start date and conditions are specified for each product and work package in the quotation and contract. Product and installation warranties are defined separately. For support, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the order or project reference, affected item, delivery date and a description of the issue. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
There is no fixed commission rate. Contract value, products, quantities, service scope and partner responsibilities are considered. Territory, referral registration, customer protection, payment terms and currency are agreed in writing before work begins. An application or introductory discussion does not confer representation rights or exclusivity.
Yes. MFABER connects material selection, supply, custom-production coordination, logistics and agreed site work, remaining your corporate point of contact. Specialist teams may contribute. Where execution is included, we coordinate the work sequence, delivery and acceptance checks and identify interfaces with work managed by the customer or other contractors. Products, preparation, installation, exclusions and responsibilities are recorded in the proposal; supply, installation or a coordinated package can be assessed without a blanket project-size restriction.
Tell us where the insulation will be used, the available depth, the area and the project location. Include drawings or the specified assembly, any required thermal or acoustic performance, and the product reference if one has already been selected. MFABER can review material supply, installation or an agreed package and coordinate support from the nearest suitable region. Product properties must be checked against the complete assembly; thickness or a product label alone does not establish the finished result.
Yes. Share the tile type and size, floor or wall area, substrate, existing finish, moisture conditions and any heated-floor requirements. The proposal can distinguish surface preparation, patching or underlayment, primer, waterproofing where specified, mortar or adhesive, grout and installation. These products have different jobs and must be compatible with the selected system. MFABER confirms the supplied references, quantities, installation responsibilities and exclusions in the written scope; grout or adhesive alone is not a waterproofing system.
The right plaster finish starts with the wall or ceiling beneath it. Share the existing construction, room use, desired texture and project location. We assess material supply and application together or separately, with preparation and finish expectations clearly described.
As a global brand of MPANDO GLOBAL Inc., MFABER assesses suitable resources in the nearest appropriate region. Your proposal identifies the selected materials, compatible base, sample approval and agreed work. A requested finish or location alone does not determine product availability or the final schedule.
