What should I send for an initial review?
Plans, photos, approximate dimensions, location, intended use, target period and expected scope are sufficient. Do not send identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal data.
What does the quote include?
Inclusions, exclusions, material and hardware level, quantities, delivery, installation, tax, payment stages, validity and assumptions are shown separately.
Who coordinates installation and specialist teams?
When execution is included in the scope, MFABER coordinates the site plan, relevant specialist teams, delivery sequence and checkpoints. Any client-managed work and its interfaces are identified at the outset.
How are warranties and product evidence handled?
Terms are defined in writing for the product, work package, country and contract. Manufacturer evidence, product warranties and installation responsibility are kept distinct.
