Knowledge & Solutions

Define your requirements. Explore service scope, practical options and the information that helps a project move forward.

The right materials. Skilled installation. Coordinated delivery.

Materials supply: We review requirements for tiles, plaster and drywall, paint, insulation, construction chemicals, interior components and bespoke furniture against the specification, quantities, application and delivery schedule. Product suitability and supply terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Installation and subcontracting: Drywall partitions and ceilings, plastering, painting, tiling, interior fit-out and installation can be scoped to your project. Site readiness, measurements, work sequencing, team coordination and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins.

Flexible scope: Request supply only, installation only or a coordinated supply-and-install package. Kitchen cabinetry and bespoke furniture require agreed dimensions, layouts, finishes, hardware and fitting details. Product and workmanship warranty scope, duration and claim procedures are set out in the quotation or contract.

Questions and answers

Where does MFABER provide services?

What does “from materials to execution, one accountable company” mean?

Within the agreed service scope, MFABER connects material selection, supply, bespoke production coordination, logistics, on-site execution and handover checks. Specialist teams may contribute, while MFABER remains the client’s corporate point of contact. Inclusions and exclusions are defined in the proposal and contract.

What should I send for an initial review?

Plans, photos, approximate dimensions, location, intended use, target period and expected scope are sufficient. Do not send identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal data.

How are warranties and product evidence handled?

Terms are defined in writing for the product, work package, country and contract. Manufacturer evidence, product warranties and installation responsibility are kept distinct.

Why is kitchen pricing not reliably expressed per metre?

Layout, carcass and front specification, hardware, worktops, accessories, transport, installation and site conditions all affect the total. A headline linear-metre figure does not compare like with like unless the scopes are identical.

Can the first assessment be completed remotely?

Plans, photographs and approximate dimensions can support an initial scope review. Production dimensions, survey method and measurement responsibility are then defined separately for the project location.

What should a proposal make clear?

Material and hardware level, quantities, inclusions, exclusions, transport, installation, tax, payment stages, validity, assumptions and acceptance criteria should be shown separately.

What determines the cost of custom kitchen cabinets?

Dimensions, cabinet count, body and front materials, hardware, worktops, removal of existing units and site access affect the proposal. Compare itemised scopes rather than assuming that equal overall prices include the same work.

Can I order cabinets without installation?

Supply only and installation can be assessed separately or together. Start with your layout, approximate measurements and storage needs. Final manufacturing dimensions and responsibility for site installation are agreed before ordering.

Can I request several material categories in one quotation?

Yes. Send an itemised schedule showing product category, specification, quantity, unit and required date. Approved selections, alternatives, phased deliveries, transport and installation requirements are reviewed line by line.

How do I check availability and prices?

Send the required product specifications and quantities. Current availability, price, lead time and commercial terms are confirmed during quotation. A category page is not a live stock feed or a fixed price list.

Is “turnkey” a sufficient scope description?

No. Design, permissions, removal, services, works, supply, waste, cleaning and acceptance responsibilities must be itemised so every party understands the same boundary.

Is a site survey always required before the first proposal?

Some projects can receive an early assessment from plans and photographs; a binding scope may require a survey or verified site information. The method is set for each project.

Who manages local permissions and regulations?

Responsibility varies by country, project and contract. The feasibility review records who owns the required permissions and qualifications; no automatic permitting service is implied.

How do I request a home renovation estimate?

Send plans or photographs, the areas to change, current finishes, approximate dimensions and a target date. Separate removal, preparation, products, labour and completion expectations so quotations can be compared on the same basis.

Can I enquire about works for a new-build home?

Yes, for materials, cabinetry and defined interior work packages. These differ from appointing a contractor for the entire building. The proposal sets out the work offered, interfaces and responsibilities rather than assuming every construction task is included.

Can MFABER supply materials without installation?

Yes. Request supply only, supply and installation, or a defined subcontract package. Identify specification, quantity, delivery point, unloading needs and timing. Product availability and suitability are confirmed against the project requirements.

What can an interior or fit-out package include?

The agreed scope may include partitions, ceilings, finishes, insulation, selected facade work, bespoke kitchens or fitted furniture. Residential, office, retail, café and restaurant projects are considered individually. The quotation states which trades, materials, preparation and installation activities are included.

What determines the cost of a bespoke kitchen or fitted furniture?

Dimensions, cabinet construction, fronts, hardware, worktops, internal accessories and installation conditions drive the scope. Clarify whether appliances, plumbing, electrical work, removal and disposal are included. Final measurement and approved selections are needed before production is confirmed.

How should I compare two quotations?

Compare specification, quantities, brand or approved equivalent, surface preparation, labour, delivery, installation and handover on the same basis. Review exclusions and warranty terms as well as price. A square-metre figure without an agreed specification can hide important differences.

How are samples, delivery and site readiness handled?

Agree sample approval before procurement, then confirm the delivery location, access, unloading and storage arrangements. The work sequence should account for dimensions and substrate readiness. Product documentation is identified for the chosen materials; a certification is stated only when it applies to that product.

What happens at completion?

The agreed checks and any outstanding items are recorded with the handover information. Keep product references, care guidance and warranty documents. For a later concern, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the project reference so that the product or workmanship issue can be assessed.

How long does the warranty last?

The duration depends on the product, installation or service. Ask for the applicable written terms with your proposal; the covered scope, start date, conditions and claim route should be clear before you order. A single duration is not applied to every product or project.

Explore the related solution ↗
Should I request supply only, supply and installation, or a subcontract package?

Choose supply only when your team controls installation. For supply and installation, identify preparation, fixing, finishing and handover responsibilities. A subcontract package also needs drawings, quantities, interfaces with other trades and acceptance criteria. MFABER can assess these options against the same specification so the comparison is meaningful.

Can materials be replaced with an equivalent product?

An alternative should be reviewed against the required dimensions, appearance, performance and supporting product documents. Confirm compatibility with the whole assembly and the effect on price, programme and warranty. Record approval before purchase or production; a similar colour or product name alone does not establish equivalence.

How should work in an occupied home, office or shop be planned?

Describe operating hours, access, noise and dust restrictions, storage space and areas that must remain usable. Agree sequencing, protection, deliveries, waste removal and the interfaces with other trades. Confirm any building-management requirements in the brief. Working hours and completion dates are established for the actual site conditions.

Can drywall, plastering and painting be combined?

They can be scoped together or separately. Specify the partition or ceiling build-up, finish, primer and paint coats. Where fire, moisture or acoustic performance is required, the relevant design specification and product documents must be assessed.

Can MFABER provide labour if I supply the materials?

A labour-only package can be assessed. Share the product specifications, quantities and delivery arrangements. Preparation, accessories, protection, suitability and responsibility for the finished work are agreed before the quotation is accepted.
