Plan your project with us
MFABER, part of MPANDO GLOBAL Inc., brings together building materials, custom furniture, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and professional installation. We support projects globally, assessing each inquiry with suitable supply, manufacturing and installation resources in the nearest appropriate region.
Materials specified for your project
Ceramic and porcelain tiles
Specify the floor or wall, dimensions, quantities, finish and intended conditions, including wet areas or outdoors. Confirm the actual product and sample, expected shade or pattern variation, edge pieces and layout. Review the substrate, preparation, setting materials, grout, movement details and any waterproofing as a compatible system. Product test data and installation requirements answer different questions; a friction result alone does not establish suitability for every finished surface. The offer identifies products, batch or shade requirements, documents, delivery and any separately agreed installation.
Sanitary fixtures and bathroom fittings
Identify the exact model, configuration, dimensions, connections and intended use for toilets, sinks, faucets and bathroom fittings. Ask for the matching dimensional drawing, installation and care instructions, and any product evidence required by the project. Check document versions and measurement units. A general water-resistance, accessibility or performance statement must apply to the selected product and arrangement; a supplier logo alone does not establish it.
Bathroom furniture and vanity units
Specify the cabinet, countertop, sink, faucet, drain, mounting parts, hardware and accessories separately. Cabinet-only and complete vanity packages have different inclusions; a photograph does not define the order. We assess storage, finish, room conditions, delivery and installation together. One item or a repeated room package can be reviewed. For repeated types, link dimensions, plumbing, finishes, quantities, sample approval, packing labels and delivery phases. Any product-specific minimum quantity or production condition is confirmed in the offer, not inferred from the project label.
Kitchen cabinetry
Define layouts, dimensions, fronts, cabinet boxes, countertops and hardware for homes, apartment developments, hotels and commercial projects. Supply and fitting responsibilities are clearly distinguished.
Custom furniture and cabinetry
Made-to-measure cabinetry, fitted furniture and project-specific furniture are considered against drawings, intended use, materials, finishes and hardware. Production drawings, samples, fitting and delivery scope are agreed before the order.
Project-specific building materials
For drywall, plaster, paint, insulation or other materials, send the intended use, drawings or schedule, dimensions, quantities, finish expectations and delivery phases. List panels, framing, fasteners, joint treatment, trims and associated parts in the correct units. A fire-rated, moisture-resistant or acoustic board name does not by itself verify a complete wall or ceiling. Review the selected assembly documents and design responsibilities. Supply, preparation, framing, boarding, finishing, painting, unloading and waste handling are separate scope items. Available material and special-order items can have different change, return and collection conditions.
Work through the details before you order
Kitchen cabinetry: made-to-measure supply and installation
Plan kitchens for homes, apartment developments, hotels and commercial projects with MFABER. We bring the layout, cabinet specification and installation brief together so that your proposal describes what will actually be supplied.
Explore the scope and prepare your inquiryCustom furniture and made-to-measure cabinetry
MFABER assesses furniture, cabinetry and built-in cabinetry around your space and its intended use. For residential, workplace, hospitality and commercial projects, design decisions are considered together with manufacture, delivery and installation.
Explore the scope and prepare your inquiryGlobal expertise, supply shaped around your project
Give the actual project or delivery address, including any remote destination, rather than only a billing address. Clarify whether handover is at a warehouse, terminal, curb, loading bay, floor or room, and who handles each onward movement. Packaging, labels, access limits, lifting, unloading, storage and readiness shape the delivery plan. Production completion, freight arrival and final site delivery are different milestones. Freight, import formalities, taxes, insurance responsibilities and onward handling are clarified in written terms; dates and availability are confirmed for the order.
We assess the nearest suitable region alongside technical capability, product specification, quality, capacity and your schedule. The supply or manufacturing location, site support and logistics responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal. Distance is one consideration within a coordinated project decision.
Skilled teams for defined work packages
Request material supply, installation or coordinated subcontract work, including custom furniture and kitchen cabinetry. MFABER assesses support globally from the nearest suitable region for the actual trade, location and site conditions. Product advice or an installer introduction does not automatically include installation labor. The written scope identifies preparation, fixing, finishing, protection, cleanup, acceptance and interfaces with other trades, with a responsible contact for coordinated work. Travel, accommodation, lifting and other site costs are identified as included or separately priced.
From first inquiry to aftercare
Define the requirement
Share the project type, location, quantities, drawings and target schedule. Agree a suitable sharing method with us before sending confidential documents.
Agree the scope in writing
The proposal separates products and services, responsibilities, approvals, delivery, payment and warranty terms. All commercial product sales and services are formally invoiced.
Follow delivery through
Agreed milestones include information, documentation and acceptance checks. Changes are recorded; aftercare requests remain linked to the same project reference.
Bring the next project into focus
We consider independent partners and organizations that can introduce MFABER or MTWIN to developers, contractors, architectural practices and professional buyers. Partners identify opportunities and requirements; our team handles technical assessment, proposals, production or supply, and delivery.
There is no fixed commission rate. Contract value, products, quantities, service scope and partner responsibilities are considered. Territory, referral registration, customer protection, payment terms and currency are agreed in writing before work begins. An application or introductory discussion does not confer representation rights or exclusivity.
Share your professional background, preferred brand, target markets, approach to developing a customer network and commercial expectations. Do not submit another person's customer information without permission.
We stand behind our work
We stand behind the building materials and furniture we supply and the installation work we carry out. Warranty coverage, duration, start date and conditions are specified for each product and work package in the quotation and contract.
Product and installation warranties are defined separately. For support, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the order or project reference, affected item, delivery date and a description of the issue. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Explore scope and how we work
How do I request a proposal?
Share the project location, intended use, plans or photos, approximate dimensions, quantities, expected scope and target timing. Mark assumptions and undecided items. Please do not include identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal data; agree a suitable method before sharing confidential project files. The proposal separates products, hardware, services, responsibilities, approvals, delivery, taxes, payment stages, validity and warranty terms. All commercial product sales and services are formally invoiced.
How do warranty and support work?
We stand behind the building materials and furniture we supply and the installation work we carry out. Warranty coverage, duration, start date and conditions are specified for each product and work package in the quotation and contract. Product and installation warranties are defined separately. For support, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the order or project reference, affected item, delivery date and a description of the issue. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
What are the partnership terms?
There is no fixed commission rate. Contract value, products, quantities, service scope and partner responsibilities are considered. Territory, referral registration, customer protection, payment terms and currency are agreed in writing before work begins. An application or introductory discussion does not confer representation rights or exclusivity.
Can material supply and installation be combined?
Yes. MFABER connects material selection, supply, custom-production coordination, logistics and agreed site work, remaining your corporate point of contact. Specialist teams may contribute. Where execution is included, we coordinate the work sequence, delivery and acceptance checks and identify interfaces with work managed by the customer or other contractors. Products, preparation, installation, exclusions and responsibilities are recorded in the proposal; supply, installation or a coordinated package can be assessed without a blanket project-size restriction.
Can I request a budget review before every detail is decided?
Yes. Send the location, intended use, approximate quantities, available dimensions and desired timing. Mark undecided products, finishes or work items clearly. An initial review can identify assumptions and the information needed for a firm proposal; it does not release manufacturing or reserve capacity. The written offer states validity, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, payment terms, approvals and the conditions on which the schedule depends.
Can a vanity work with my existing sink and plumbing?
Send the sink brand and model, dimensional drawing, photographs and plumbing positions. Cabinet depth, drawer movement, cutouts, supports and service access need to work together. Confirm that the specification sheet matches the actual cabinet size, configuration, sink and countertop option; nominal dimensions may differ from the complete assembly. If drawings disagree, obtain the correct version before ordering or rough-in work. Matching width alone does not establish compatibility.
What support does a wall-mounted or freestanding vanity need?
Review the selected model's instructions, wall construction, support arrangement, countertop and sink loads, and plumbing together with the responsible project professionals. Freestanding legs do not automatically remove an anchoring requirement. The scope identifies who checks dimensions, provides backing or anchors, makes connections and checks the finished work. A qualified installer should confirm suitability and maintain access to serviceable components.
How is work in an occupied space coordinated?
Tell us which areas must remain usable, access hours, restrictions on noise or dust, and where materials can be stored. Agree protection, furniture movement, preparation, drying or curing requirements, cleaning and the sequence of handover to the next trade. A surface ready for painting and completed painting are different outcomes. Dates and methods are agreed for the actual property and any building-management requirements.
How are product substitutions and design changes handled?
Identify the change against the approved product, drawing or sample. Review dimensions, appearance, compatibility, performance evidence, quantity, cost, schedule and warranty before acceptance. Record who approved it and which reference it replaces. A similar name, color or showroom sample does not silently change the agreed order.
Where can I request MFABER support?
MFABER supports projects globally, including France, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Austria, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the United States, the UAE and Türkiye. Your request is assessed with suitable resources in the nearest appropriate region for the required products and work. The offer confirms the supply route, site scope and support arrangements; a service market does not imply a factory or office in every city.
How can cabinetry deliveries be phased across several rooms or units?
Start with a room or unit schedule that identifies the drawings, quantities, finish references and the order in which areas will be ready. Agree how items will be labeled, who confirms readiness, where deliveries can be received and stored, and who handles installation. Changes to one area should be recorded before they affect another delivery or a repeated furniture package. MFABER coordinates the supply and work included in its proposal with appropriate regional support. The agreed plan identifies checks, incomplete or damaged items, responsible contacts and the closeout steps for each area. Production releases, delivery dates and any storage arrangements are confirmed for the project; phased delivery does not create an automatic fixed lead time or unlimited storage.
Can a vanity be cut or drilled to fit existing plumbing?
Do not assume that a finished vanity can be altered on site. Cutting a rail, panel or drawer may affect its support, finish, operation or warranty. Send MFABER the cabinet and sink references, drawings, and existing pipe locations before ordering. The responsible installer should check the instructions for the selected product and identify an approved solution before work starts. Depending on the design, that may mean choosing a different cabinet configuration or agreeing on plumbing changes. Fasteners and sealants must also suit the actual materials and product instructions; a method used on another vanity is not automatically suitable. Any agreed changes, responsibilities and cost implications are documented.
