MFABER

Custom bathroom vanities and made-to-measure cabinets

A bathroom vanity needs to fit the room, sink and daily routine. MFABER coordinates custom cabinetry, material supply and agreed installation through global resources and the nearest suitable region.

Specify the cabinet, sink and countertop separately

The vanity cabinet is the storage cabinet; the sink and countertop may be separate items. List each component, its dimensions, finish and quantity. A product photograph does not confirm that the sink, faucet, drain, mirror or fittings are included.

Measure for storage and service access

Share the available width, depth and height, door swings, pipe positions and any existing components to retain. Allow for drawers, traps and access for maintenance. Drawings and final site measurements must be checked together before fabrication. State whether dimensions are in inches, feet or metric.

Agree materials and the finished appearance

Identify the cabinet core, doors, exposed edges, finish and hardware. Discuss splashes, ventilation and cleaning requirements. Confirm samples, color and permitted variations; a wood-effect finish does not by itself mean solid wood.

Plan delivery and installation as one sequence

Specify whether units arrive assembled or need assembly. The quotation identifies unloading, carrying into the room, fixing, plumbing connections and any removal or surface repairs. Confirm access, site readiness and responsibilities before dispatch.

Global expertise, supply shaped around your project

We assess the nearest suitable region alongside technical capability, product specification, quality, capacity and your schedule. The supply or manufacturing location, site support and logistics responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal. Distance is one consideration within a coordinated project decision.

We stand behind our work

We stand behind the building materials and furniture we supply and the installation work we carry out. Warranty coverage, duration, start date and conditions are specified for each product and work package in the quotation and contract.

Product and installation warranties are defined separately. For support, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the order or project reference, affected item, delivery date and a description of the issue. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Work through the details before you order

Can I request one vanity cabinet or replace only the cabinet?

Yes. Send dimensions and details of the sink or countertop you want to retain. We assess compatibility and feasibility before confirming the scope; there is no arbitrary minimum order for making an inquiry.

Does moisture-resistant mean waterproof?

No. Suitability depends on the selected construction, edges, finish, exposure and installation. Furniture does not replace room waterproofing or repair a leak. Product-specific care and installation requirements still apply.

Can a wall-hung vanity be fitted to any wall?

The wall construction, total installed load and fixing arrangement need assessment. Photographs alone cannot establish support capacity. The required checks, reinforcement and installation responsibilities must be agreed before installation.

What determines the price and lead time?

Dimensions, materials, hardware, sink/countertop scope, quantities, delivery and installation affect the proposal. Availability, production capacity and approved drawings determine the schedule; we confirm these for your request rather than quoting a universal price or deadline.

How can I plan useful vanity storage around the sink and plumbing?

Start with what you want to store and the exact sink, countertop and faucet details, if selected. Share the drain and water-supply locations, existing plumbing to retain, and the available room dimensions, with the measurement units clearly marked. A vanity's outside dimensions do not show how much usable drawer or shelf space remains once the sink and plumbing are fitted. Compare the proposed internal layout, drawer travel and access to shutoff valves and serviceable connections on the drawings. Agree any cutouts, supports and plumbing work before fabrication. MFABER coordinates the cabinet specification and agreed installation with suitable regional support; the selected components and site conditions determine the final arrangement.

What should I check when my vanity is delivered and after installation?

At delivery, compare the supplied items with the order, check quantities and visible condition, and record any missing parts or damage with photos and item references. Confirm who will receive, move and protect the items until installation. After installation, review the agreed cabinet position, finish, door and drawer operation, and access for maintenance. The responsible installer or plumbing professional should complete the checks for their own work, including connections where these are in scope. Record any outstanding items, who will resolve them and the agreed next step. Keep the approved drawings, product references, care instructions and warranty terms. Delivery receipt and installation acceptance are separate stages. For MFABER support, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with your order reference and details of the issue.
