Build a fixture schedule
List toilets, bathroom sinks, tanks and fittings by room type, quantity, finish and preferred model. Identify the components included with each item; seats, faucets, drains, traps and connection supplies should not be assumed to come with the fixture.
Confirm rough-in and usable space
Provide finished-wall and floor dimensions, drain and water-supply locations, and room clearances. For a floor-mounted toilet, confirm the required rough-in against the selected model's drawing. Bathroom sinks need the mounting method, faucet-hole arrangement and overflow configuration identified before ordering.
Coordinate carriers, tanks and service access
Wall-hung toilets and concealed tanks require a coordinated support, fixing and control specification. Keep access to serviceable parts. Confirm responsibility for framing, plumbing connections and any changes to the existing room before the fixture package is released.
Approve the package before procurement
Record model numbers, accepted drawings and quantities by unit type. Confirm delivery access, unloading, installation and the sequence for repeated bathrooms. Keep the final fixture schedule, care information and handover record for maintenance, replacement parts and warranty inquiries.
Global expertise, supply shaped around your project
We assess the nearest suitable region alongside technical capability, product specification, quality, capacity and your schedule. The supply or manufacturing location, site support and logistics responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal. Distance is one consideration within a coordinated project decision.
We stand behind our work
We stand behind the building materials and furniture we supply and the installation work we carry out. Warranty coverage, duration, start date and conditions are specified for each product and work package in the quotation and contract.
Product and installation warranties are defined separately. For support, contact info@mpandoglobal.com with the order or project reference, affected item, delivery date and a description of the issue. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Work through the details before you order
Can I order a single replacement toilet or bathroom sink?
You can inquire about a single item or a larger fixture package. Send the location, quantity, existing model if known and the components you want to keep. Supply options, compatibility, pricing and availability are reviewed for your request.
Is every toilet a standard 12-inch rough-in?
No. Model requirements vary. Have the installer confirm the measurement from the finished wall to the outlet or flange center, then compare it with the exact product drawing. Any adapter must be confirmed for that model; a similar appearance does not establish fit.
Does the fixture price include installation and connection parts?
The written quote identifies included products, fittings, delivery and labor. Confirm removal, plumbing connections, wall or floor repairs and disposal separately. This makes supply-only and installed proposals easier to compare.
What information is needed for a project specification?
Provide the fixture schedule, room plans, model preferences and required project documentation. Any accessibility, water-use or other performance requirement must be checked for the selected product and installation. Warranty scope and duration are stated in the proposal; support is available at info@mpandoglobal.com.
Can a wall-hung toilet be installed on any bathroom wall?
Suitability depends on the selected in-wall carrier, the wall and floor construction, and the manufacturer's installation requirements. Do not choose the bowl on appearance alone. Ask the responsible installer to check the in-wall carrier or frame, compatible tank and bowl, mounting arrangement, finished wall thickness and service access. Send MFABER the project location, layout, photographs and any product references so the quotation can separate the ceramic products, carrier components and requested installation or wall work. Site suitability must be confirmed before ordering.
How do I check whether a replacement toilet fits my existing plumbing?
Share the existing model reference, photographs, a dimensioned sketch and the positions of the water supply and waste outlet. Identify whether the outlet connects through the wall or floor, and measure from the finished surfaces; naming a horizontal or vertical outlet alone is not enough. The responsible installer should compare the selected product's drawing, connection positions, clearance and any proposed connector before the order is approved. MFABER can then quote the agreed products and work; there is no single rough-in dimension that fits every model.
